Marcela Royo

Marcela is a sophomore at American University studying journalism and graphic design. She is interested in using journalism to cover topics of culture and arts. Marcela was born and raised in Miami, FL to a Colombian father and Nicaraguan mother. She speaks Spanish fluently and hopes to incorporate her Latin background in her writing. She has travelled the world and has seen many cultures and hopes to continue to explore the world and share her findings through writing.
